What’s it about? - What is the plot?
She’s a tomboy - She acts like a boy.
They do it. - They have sex.
She decides to give the baby up for adoption. - She decides not to keep the baby, but to give it to another person to raise.
He’s not so keen. - He’s not as excited about it. He doesn’t really want to do it.
He gets the wrong idea. - He thinks the wrong thing. He thinks she is interested in him romantically, even though she likes him as a friend only.
